Steve is a qualified legal auditor and is also accredited to audit Quality Standards to European ISO requirements. He has a vast knowledge of Real Estate Law and can assist all aspects of purchasing residential properties. Aurelie has many years administration experience and is knowledgeable in all areas of sales and rentals. Aurelie works with all the utility companies, Solicitors, Notaries and Town Hall register offices and will guide you through your entire sale, purchase or rental transaction. Aurelie is fluent in English, Spanish and French and her experience and professional approach will ensure you have a stress free experience. Carmen has many years experience in property sales and rentals on the Costa Del Sol. She was born in the local area and has lived here all her life. She will deal with all local companies and businesses during any transaction and help you translate any documents needed for the sale or rental.
Her in depth knowledge of the area means she knows all the schools, hospitals and utility companies and can ensure you find the right property. She speaks Spanish and English and can help with all aspects of the sale or rental. She can also assist with wills and advice during or after the sale.
